Duomount® Anti Vibration Mounting system
Duomount® Anti Vibration Interior Mounting System has been designed to reduce structural sound and vibration transmission in ceilings and walls in the Shipbuilding industry.
The Duomount® interior mounting system enables the decoupled mounting of wall and ceiling systems to the ship-structure, preventing the structural noise and vibration to be transfered to the interior.
The quick mount system also saves a lot of time on installation and leveling of interior and engine room finishing.
The constantly changing regulations in shipbuilding are getting more strickt concerning the prevention of fire and possibility of a fire spreading throughout the vessel. Therefore, the new "Large Passenger Yacht Code" is recommending/demanding a fully non-combustible construction of the interior.
